Looking to see if anyone can identify this head stamp or stripper clip:

The bottom number is 72 if that helps as well, sorry for the blurry pictures, only have a phone to go with.

The stripper clip is a delta symbol or triangle followed by 30.

After both of your input I checked pictures online and think you are both correct. I think it is Romanian manufactured in 1972.

Anyone know anything about the stripper clip?

I'm pretty sure I seen these rounds at a gunshow about 7 or 8 years ago. I wish I would have bought some. Pretty cool the rounds come on stripper clips. I believe these at one point were common in the USA, I guess they just weren't heavily imported into Canada.

I should clarify, the ammo didn’t come on stripper clips, I bought the ammo from a member here and it was a mix of the Romanian shown here and the FNM Portuguese ammo. The strippers were bought from northridge out of California. Was just curios about both at the same time.

How much did you pay for a stripper?

I think 2 or 3$, which I know is somewhat significant but had a devil of a time finding them up here.

Right now they have sets of 5 marked either Mauser or DWM for 20$ plus shipping.

North Ridge Inc out of California will, they were the only company in the states, and in fact only place I could find K98k stripper clips. Don't know why these little clips are so hard to find here. Had to go to Aussie ebay to find non Italian made Enfield chargers
