8mm Mauser in Canada

This seems hard to find domestically. But in the USA surplus 8mm seems to be everywhere.

Any reason for this?

Something to do with ammunition importing rules about non-tested or failed-tested ammo that is not allowed importation to Canada. It has to be on a list.

Yes, its hard to find the milsurp 8mm mauser but its out there if you look hard enough. You have to act quick though if you find any. I bought 1000 rounds of Yugo on stripper clips about a year ago and still have most of it left. I believe there are 2 people selling fairly large amounts of it in EE, you may want to check it out.

if u check out "shotgun news" (i get my copy ay gun shows) u can get 380 rnds. of 8mm for about 35 bucks.want to cry some more?read the whole paper and u will get a h@@don,then u will cry 'cause u can't get that stuff here.

Reload, reload and reload. You'll never have to worry about searching for that next box of 8mm milsurp. That and you'll be shooting non-corrosive ammo that's more accurate than milsurp.
