For cheaper reloading, get Speer bullets. 150-170gr bullets are typically the lowest priced jacketed bullets. 40$/100pcs. IMR 3031, 4064, 4320 are fairly priced as well at my local shop for about 40$ a pound. As for brass, you can get once fired shells for about 25$/ 50PCS at gun shows.
