8mmx57 Mauser reduced load info needed

Currently using Lee 175 gc. Win cases,with 42.7 grs Win 748. I have to flip up the 200 meter site on my CZ to hit at 100 meters. Still hits 2 inches low. Planning to add more powder. Just got around to cast bullets with this rifle and haven't finalized powder weight yet. Groups about 1.5 inches. I happen to like Win 748 and IMR 4198 for cast shooting. They seem to work well for me.
 
For a 180-185 gr GC Cast Bullet (Max Loads in a Mauser):

Unique - 17.0 grs
IMR-3031 - 42.0 grs
H4895 - 42.0 grs

I haven't used Trail Boss yet.
