A good friend of mine (Craig B.) who I met through IDPA and is a Master Class revolver shooter turned me on to ICORE (International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts) http://www.icore.org/ and I recently became a life member. We were chatting on the phone today and he mentioned the Postal Match.

Reading the instruction page, ICORE membership is not a prerequisite to compete in this match. I was going to acquire some NRA D1 targets and set the match up and submit the scores. Any revolver shooters in southern Alberta are welcome to join me. It will likely take place at the Mountain View Marksmans Association west of Olds but the date is TBC.
