Hello all;

I'm considering purchasing a Steyr M95 straight pull rifle, but I haven't got the first clue about loading for it. Does anyone know what the original WWI ammunition specs were? More importantly, how can I source brass? Will it have to be formed?

Is it a 8x50R or 8x56R ? Both can be formed from 7.62x54R.The 50 uses regular .323 " bullets but the 56 uses .329-.330" for now both sizes are available...........Harold
