8x57R ammo

One would have to measure, I'd say. It a kind looks like reloads and not factory. Personally, I have never shot a spitzer out of a rimmed 8x57 J/I.

the left is 303, the right is 8x57JR
they are both factory loads
8x57JR case measures 57mm bullet dia is .318mm rim thickness 1.58mm rim dia 13.70mm
303 case measures 56.4 mm bullet dia is .790mm rim thickness 1.63mm rim dia 13.72mm

I do not want to shoot a spritzer round out of the 8x57. 303 was for size comparison. however I am considering using 303 brass to make some up they are so close one would only need to up size the neck
