What rifle will use this ammo, I know its ment for A machnie gun but is there any other semi or blot rifle that used the 8X63 and if so are they any out there to buy ?

Get a Mauser 98 chambered in 8x57mm and ream it out to 8x63mm.

The swedes did have a Mauser 98 chambered in it but good luck finding one.

The Swedish had a K98 chambered in this round. They were attached to the machinegun units that used it. Note the muzzlebreak...

Here's the rifle.

Marstar brought a container of it into Canada and sold it off for use as components because no rifles were chambered in it. The above mentioned Swede Mauser is VERY rare. Some people rechambered 8x57 to the Swede so the only rifles that are chambered are ones people did themselves (they had custom reamers made) and generally have lots of the Swede ammo.

Marstar sold out of the ammo a year and a half ago. No 8x63 ammo has been manufactured in over 60 years. Marstar was selling it for about $75 to $100 per thousand.

I use it in my 1919A4. That 250 round belt would be good for about 8 minutes of shooting fun. I am sitting on about 25000 rounds of the stuff, but I limit my range outings with the gun so I don't run out.

Only regret? I should have bought 30,000 more. I was paying $260 for a case of 1750 rounds on belts, and another 7 small boxes with 10 tracer rounds in each. Each case had 7 belts, which, if sold for salvage after firing at $20 a belt, means a total outlay of $120 for 1820 rounds. I believe that works out to about 7 cents a round.
