The 9.3X57 became an obsolete caliber before Barnes monolithic bullets came to the market. There might be no published data.
Hence, you might have to do some careful experimenting. My suggestion would be to look at the published load in 9.6X62 and reduce the starting load by about 20% to account for the difference in case capacity, and MAP. Then, carefully work up. You will want to use a powder in the IMR4895 burn rate range

I have a whole page of loads PM me a name/mailing address + PC and i"ll photocopy it for you if you want it.Velocity varies from 2000fps-2200fps so cup+core is correct.

Those numbers look suspiciously low. You should be in the 2300 fps range. BTW RL-15 is likely too slow a powder for that application, but H4895 should be suitable.
