So buddy wants his drilling to rock and roll.
So far I can figure out after measuring the muzzle and the length of the chamber the rifle barrel is 9.3X57 rimed. Donaldson Handbook of Cartridge Conversions states to use 45-70 as parent brass, well that is a screw up, info. is wrong. Best I can figure out is that 38-55 brass should work, just a bit too short.
Any body messed around with this cartridge and what did you do to source the brass? Any help would be appreciated.
