9.3x62 CAST Bullet Loads?

Hello all,

I am wondering if there are any loads out there for a 285 grain gas-checked bullet. I've poured through all my reloading manuals, and the Hodgdon website, and the only info I have is for the Lyman 366408 bullet (which is 245 Gr. in #2 alloy, and not gas-checked).

Find 35 Whelen data for the Lyman 358009 bullet. That will give you a safe and similar starting point. My 358009 bullets weigh 287 grains with check and lube. Both IMR and H4895 are very good powders for loads approaching 2000 FPS, possibly a bit higher if the alloy is right.
