9.3x62 Lapua Brass

The 9.3x62 Mauser Lapua brass is definitely 9.3 x 62 mauser dimension, and not restamped 30-06.
My Lapua brass measures about 0.002" bigger on the rim and base of the virgin brass compared to a 30-06 brass.

The lapua 9.3x62 brass I had was 100% restamped 30-06. I had new lapua 30-06 brass to compare against for another project. Maybe different tooling out there or they’ve changed it since or who knows.

Here’s the original thread that prompted this discussion if anyone’s curious

that was a very good read , and i now fully understand ,

i got some brand new Norma in the mail to me , i'm thinking after reading that whole tread, after my first firing, i'm just going to next size only down to the shoulder, brass will last me my lifetime ,

should i anneal them all again after the first firing , even if only neck sizing , i would think should be good for at least a couple firings before needing to anneal again

any opinions or thoughts on this
