Shortly after deciding to add a 9.3x62, also known as the .366 Wagner

, to my little harem, in preparation, I started hunting for and accumulating components. I lucked out and picked up a set of RCBS dies, a sizeable quantity of new unprimed Lapua brass and generous quantity of 285gr PRVI Partisan bullets from a friend locally. Following that, and just prior to acquiring a '.366 Wagner', primarily at local gun shows, I picked up four boxes of Norma once fired brass and the following variety of bullets to

play with, load experiment and accuracy test.
- Norma 231gr
- Norma 286gr
- Spear 250gr
- TSX 286gr flat base
- Matrix 290gr bonded
- Matrix 300gr bonded.
I decided to go for an 'inexpensive' and full length wood model Zastava, from Tradex. I have a soft spot for full wood Mannlicher style stocked rifles, but only in fitting European calibres. Why I acquired and selection of bullets is I thought taking into consideration Zastava quality, getting accuracy may take some work. Oh, and for glass, nothing special. a 3x9 Bushnell Elite. The first two handloads I tried surprised me. Lapua brass, 285gr PRVI and IMR 4320, three shot group at 100yds, 0.704"

. Same brass and bullets but using IMR 4064, 0.664"!! With that kind of accuracy, I haven't even tried any of the remain bullet selection as I'd be hard pressed to beat the accuracy I'm getting now. I was quite impressed, so much so that I acquired another of the same rifles, but this one in 7x57
