9.3x62mm and 286 grain Privi with BL-C(2) or RL-19 loads?

I use BLC2 to great effect in one of my loads - damn if I cant recall which one though. I have 3 loads, 270 gr Speer, 250 gr AB and 286 gr Nosler Partition or Norma or Woodleigh
I will check the book of mine tonight and let you know.

For bullet weights greater than 270 grs, I've used H-414 in the 9.3X62 with good results, although VV N-550 seems to give higher velocity with less pressure. For bullet weights of 270 gr and lighter, H-335 works fine.

Rl-17 is the ticket
H 414 is showing some promise as well. varget , RL 15 and 4895 work good too.

A gentleman gunnut here publishes a blog with some very good info on RL 17 in the x62 as well as relating some very interesting experiences with other cartridges as well. Like Bob my experience with RL 17 has required somewhat more powder with compressed loads but some very very interesting velocities and absolutely no pressure signs, less case head expansion and primer signs than loads travelling 150 fps slower with RL 15.

Joe posts some interesting data as well over on realguns for the 9.3 as well with BL-C2, Ramshot and Win 760 loads in some weights. He lists a 286 privi load with RL 17 @ 2565 fps , if you read Bob's blog you will see that more velocity is possible safely in a newer actioned rifle, something Ive verified for myself.

I usually use Varget exclusively in the 9.3 but I've run out. RL-15 seemed to work pretty good, but it works great in my go to 223 load so I won't touch it. Also have IMR-4895 on hand as well although the data on Hodgdon site is not very awe inspiring. I have a McGowen barrel twisted on to a Marlin XL-7, so I'm in the modern action category and not scared to kick 'er in the rear so to speak.
