My buddy who shoots 9 mm Major is out of SP 85 so he is either looking for more SP85 or a new 9 mm major load. can anybody help him out?

I use HS-6. It is easy to get and works for me.

HS-6, Longshot, 3N37 work well...in 9MM

Just to be clear when I say work well I'm also including not so full cases that you cannot load at a reasonable rate on a progressive press...meanning at least 400 rds on a 650 XL......

Likewise to what Dansy said about the powders he mentioned. HS6 is likely the easiest to get and effective 9major powder I've used.

Hey Walter, I use SP2 and HS-6 in my major 9. Loaded out to 1.175" OAL makes 172 pf easily with NO signs of pressure.
