9 mm Norinco

Neutmiller, You're from Nova Scotia and new here, welcome aboard!

Now, are you talking about 9mm ammo? Cause I didn't know Norinco made ammo, actually I'm sure they don't!

So you're talking about Nork build quality on their guns..

As for that, as a member of gun nutz you're given access to COUNTLESS archived threads on this very subject, just hit the seach button, usually located top right somewhere, type "Norinco" and read for hours...

General concensis, nork's are good cheap fun for beginners, but most prefere the real deal...

This has been an age old debate!

Good luck, have fun and stay safe!

Has anyone bought 9mm from Norinco and if so how did you make out with them?

I like to caress and fondle the mag release when I make out with my Norincos. Licking the slide makes my tongue bleed.

Norinco DOES make Ammo.

lol.... :D :dancingbanana: :D

Norinco does make ammo and it is legal to sell in Canada. HOWEVER, from what dealers have posted on CGN I understand that the PORT OF VANCOUVER will not allow ammunition shipments in. THUS NORINCO ammo must be routed through the Port of Montreal, or some other eastern port making the importation of NORINCO ammunition uneconomical.

When the dealers get in here feel free to correct me ;)

i guess that means no more chinese ammunition?! :(

btw, i've shot 9mm norinco. they are in 50-rd yellow box. got them $8/box back in 2000. IMHO, they shot as well as (or even better than) other commercial brands i have used, like UMC, winchester, etc.

I am 1/2 Canadian and I have always loved Canada. This may come to an end because of Norinco pistols. Why? I own two but I can buy no more in the States. I would love to own a Norinco 9mm and commander. Regards, Richard:D

If your talking about the green box 9mm.

I picked up a case from marstar a few years back.

The powder is dirty. The brass is boxer primed but is not really reloadable the primer pocket wouldn't hold a primer after the first reload.
