You drift the rear sight either left or right depending where you want your group to go. Does't take much to move bullet impact an inch or two at 15-25 yd. No practical way to adjust elevation without adjustable sights. Sight pusher is the best way. (See Brownells Cat.) Failing that the only other way is a brass drift punch, a hammer, a padded vise, a bit of nerve and a gentle touch. I would agree more practice and grip, good sight alignment and trigger control will go along ways to help your accuracy. Concentrate on shooting tight groups before you decide to move your sight. If you are new to shooting semi-auto, it could take several hundred rounds untill you are shooting consistant groups. Also try different makes and types of ammo.
