Is it possible to order pistol magazines from the US without all the steps of going thru the import process?(especially for the 1911)

I ordered from Brownell's 3 of the Wilson combat 1911 magazines when they were on special for under $100.00. Came right to my mailbox no problem.

You can order most mags from Brownells, the max you can spend at one time is $500. If for some reason they can not export a certain brand of mag it will say so in your shopping cart.

It was still at the $100 limit a week ago.
Nice lady on the phone said they were working on it.

Numrich has a $1k limit for canadian orders. Just sayin'.

Thanks for the info. Obviouly I referred to 1911 mags. I would never shoot my 911.

Mags under 10rnds can be shipped internationally from Brownells. Except genuine Sig parts I'm told. The $100. firearm parts limit will get it shipped without any paperwork. Between $101-$500 will require some minor paperwork. Above $500 will require about 25min worth of paperwork (so I'm told).

I ordered some from Tripp Research They shipped no problem. cheap shipping & for some reason no duty.

Anyone know where to get the Smith and Wesson 1911 mags? I think they are the best personally, but I haven't tried wilson yet.
