930 mag issue

Just received my 930, and can only seem to get 4 2.75 shells into the mag. I have pulled the plug, and it looks like I should be able to fit 5, but the spring is going to be super compressed. Doesn't appear to be any damage to the mag tube or follower, thoughts?

The manual states that a regular 930 will take (4) 2 3/4" or (4) 3" shells in the mag and one in the chamber for a total of 5. Sounds like yours in normal
