is it possible to get these in Canada? Is magazine capacity restricted as same as a rifle in Canada?

A small handful made it in a few years ago.

As of this moment, there is a small movement to get these in the country, but until then, the only way is to use a third party importer.

Yes, the mag must be pinned/fixed to 5 rounds (of the longest type of ammo the gun is chambered for). All centerfire semi-autos are treated the same whether rifle or shotgun.
