I have a 9mm which slugs at 0.357
It shoots "fine" with jacketed 9mm bullets but not something to be proud of.
Thus, I'm trying to find a better cast bullet. So far I tried some enlarged Lee TL356-124-2R and it shoots better. But the enlarged the cavities in the mold don't yield consistent dimensions.
Then I acquired a 358-140-SWC mold which is way better.
The catch is the maximum COAL for this bullet is 1.067". In my books no 9mm bullet over 124gr is seated under 1.090".
I ordered the Quickload software but it will take some time to have it delivered so I'm asking anyone already having it to run a check for me as to what load of Unique or HS6 to use. The bullet length is 0.642" and it weighs 140gr.
thanks in advance
