I have had my CZ75 re-barreled, and it now will JUST keep 10 shots on the target paper at 25Yds. Sent it back to Rodger Kotanko and he says there is nothing wrong with the gun, just my loads. What do you guys use that works for you. I was using a 10% reduced load with 115 Gr.lead bullets and Hodgen's Universal Clays powder.

Slug your barrel and see if the diameter of the bullets is appropriate. Getting a 9mm to shoot with lead can be a challenge. I have found that bullets sized to .356 or .357 often produce better accuracy IF the loaded round will chamber--in some pistols with some lots of brass they won't chamber. Also, accuracy is sometimes better with a hotter load and sometimes you have to try several different bullet shapes to find one that works in your barrel. Hard cast works better in most cases.

44Bore

The original barrel was oversize, that is why we changed it. The new CZ barrel came from the CZ distributors,(London Arms), because it was going to take forever to import a Bar-Sto barrel. Rodger slugged several barrels London had in stock before getting one that was made for current generation pistols that was on size. I am still concerned about the amount of movement that can be felt at the muzzle with the action locked up and an empty case chambered, but he says it is OK. If I can't get this pistol to shoot 3" groups @25 Yds. (which CZ says it should do), I may end up getting something else.
This is a pre B pistol.

And that is the reason why I sold my CZ and got a 1911 in 9mm. Barrel bushings could be custom fitted and made to shoot 1" groups @ 25yds.

Only way to tell is to Ransom Rest it and show those groups to Rodger. If I'm not mistaken, the Bar-Sto's come slightly oversized and need some fitting which is what you want.

Had very good luck with my CZ75 (now sold off to a new home) using a 124 gr. RN lead bullet over Win 231 or Titegroup. Of the two, Titegroup was vastly cleaner burning, and much better for indoor shooting.

Leading may also be a problem. Check to see if there is any grey smears in the grooves. If so, you have leading and the bullets are skipping over the lands. You have a very short barreled shotgun.

To clean, get some lead away cloths made by kleenbore. They work like magic as opposed to scrubbing with a steel brush (not good for bore).

I always test a HG with jacketed or plated bullets. That establishes a baseline accuracy which I can work towards with cast.

I have found the Berry's plated to be excellent. Others are using the Frontier with equal success. For jacketed, I like the Hornady XTP but others like the Sierra, and Nosler variety. Winchester and Rem also make good bullets just never spent much time with them.

If the throat of the chamber is 'small' vs the rifling, the bullet base is unsupported and gets burnt by the expanding gases. This leads to fouling and lousy accuracy.

I have found that a tight fit, super hard bullet was needed to make any of my 9mm's work. You bullets may still be too soft. My 40's and 45's are way easier to shoot cast.

I use Titegroup (around 3.5 - 3.7gr) behind some plated 124gr's and they seem to be shooting great. In Win brass, and primer loaded in Lee dies on a Lee 1000.

The accuracy you are looking for should be met without any hard work. The kind of accuracy from a box stock battle pistol with good ammo. Good luck finding your load but I would take a look at the bore and maybe try some factory ammo (WinClean is excellent) or jacketed handloads just to make sure the HG is not out of whack.
