9mm AR gun #### (ok lets see them)

Made a change to my 9mm AR recently, swapped out the pistol buffet tube for PDW stock and silent capture spring setup

Is anyone interested in a 9mm Dillon barrel? I got one with an upper I purchased a year ago and have no use for it. I just wanted the slickside upper it was attached to for my 9mm :p. Figured I'd give the 9mm fanatics first crack before I put it on the EE.
For those of you not familiar it's a 10mm auto necked down to 9mm
It's a 6 inch if I remember correctly. PM me for more info or pics.

.357 Super Sig or whatever...ran a pill across your crony yet, or are you still in the assembly phase?

This sounds like a smoking cartridge for a PDW. I dream of deeper pockets, I'd love to experiment with some of these AR-15 compatible wildcats, esp. the stuff sqr has been playing with...I'd love a 7mm based off the PPC case to keep me occupied through the winter.

No, it's called 9mm Dillon or 9x25.

I only have the barrel and have not tried to find any other parts, I have too many other projects and other things to spend money on.
I'll sell it cheap to anyone looking to start a new build.

It would be a very cool project...alas it's winter, time to sell stuff, time to buy stuff comes about mid May.

Just shy of 1500 fps for a 147 out of a 6" barrel, very nice!

how accurate would something like this be? how long is the barrel? I am guessing by the length it shoots pretty accurate. when I get an AR I am thinking something just like this as I already own a firearm in 9mm luger.
edit--------this post is in regards to the colt AR 9mm a few posts back

Barrel length is only relevant to accuracy by how it effects the bullets ballistics, and barrel harmonics by how hard it's driven. Therefore it can be as accurate as 20" barrel, in fact likely easier to tune a load to it due to the short barrel being stiffer.

barrel lenght has to do with velocity
barrel and chamber materials and characteristics have to do with accuracy as well as bullet construction and ballistic coeficient.

that being said, velocity does impact accuracy due to bullet stabilization in flight

Super slick, man. I'm waiting on a few more parts to do a similar build. Is the last round bolt hold open working?
