9mm AR gun #### (ok lets see them)

Took mine out to the range for the first time. It makes plates dance with boring regularity. However, I kept getting these FTF's where the projectile would nose dive into the feed ramp (or lack thereof). It would actually push the projectile into the brass slightly. Happened with 115gr and 124gr RN FMJ's. I only had 4 PMAG 21's and it happened with all 4. I shot roughly 150 rounds. At first it was happening about twice per mag but at the end I was able to perform mag dumps without hiccups. Hopefully only a teething problem. I don't have factory Glockazines to verify if it is mag related issue.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Weird,what upper are you running?

I've never,in several thousand rounds now,had a single FTF with my QC10,factory glock mags or KCI's,still waiting for my ETS to show up.

I have had a few FTE but that was down to me being lazy and not cleaning it after shooting.fireclean has since solved that issue lol

Aero Precision upper with Ballistic Advantage 8.3'' barrel and QC10 bolt.

Don't I know it. Great product. I looked into it when I was figuring out how to build a 9mm with the LWRC ultra compact stock. When he quoted 50$ for shipping for a 5 ounce buffer I went ahead and got a Spikes 9mm buffer.
 
A bit of a different look for my QC10/Vltor build

The Fortis brake looks mean, but with the 5.5" barrel and the design of the brake, you take a bit of the blast in the arms. I'll probably switch it out for something else.

How do you like that A3-Tactical grip??

I was looking for one for my 5.5" upper with a QC-10 barrel, and thought something like the MP5K grip might work very well!!.

Thanks! The A3-Tactical grip is very nice (and they ship to Canada). I've ordered their long grip to replace the mid-length grenade one on this build.
