Well after reading the news from Questar , I'm left wondering if I'll be able to move ahead with my 9mm project? I hope that my understanding is that once the "new" permits are in place that it will be business as usual? Any troops think that this new reg is something that the dealers can work with in the future to provide us with some parts for various projects?

From what I read it's just 'pistol' uppers.

Get a 16" 9mm upper and cut/crown/thread the barrel.

I'm loving the 12.5"s. Better velocity than 10.3", in theory more reliable, very handy length, nice balance, retains the barrel mounting options.

Its going to be a month or two Walt before I source my build.

I got the barrel but I'm missing most of everything else including a lower

Something along the lines of Noveske 12.5", 10" DD lite, Vltor MUR with Troy Flip Ups and Micro T1.
