Is there anyone running a 9mm AR Upper on their AR? I'm looking at getting a PCC wondering if I should get a 9mm upper for my AR or just get a 9mm carbine instead. Just wondering some pros and cons of each.

I love my 9mm AR, I also love my Kriss Vector. Two completely different firearms that do the same thing.
Kinda hard to tell you which is best. Only you know what type of shooting you do, where you shoot, if non restricted is of any concern, what you like the looks of, how much you're willing to spend.
See where I'm going here? They all do the same thing in a different way, best thing to do is find an indoor range that has rentals and try them both or just talk to guys at the range and hope someone will let you try their gun.

The main difference is the 9mm AR upper will be restricted. You can get NR 9mms for camping and plinking. Depends on what you want the PCC for.

Are there 10rd 9mm pistol mags made for ARs? If not, then the NR ones that can use pistol mags have the advantage again.

Yes, mine uses Colt pattern mags and they make 10 round pistol mags, most others use a lower that accepts Glock mags.
I also have a magwell adapter that converts an AR-15 lower to accept Glock 17 mags, I haven't used it yet other than to test fit it in a lower but it looks like it's going to work and it did hold a G-17 magazine nicely.
