9mm AR what make ?

I was at the club stress relieving and I saw a fellow shooting an AR variant in 9mm. I was non-restricted. I don't recall what make it was. I would love an off the self 9mm rifle and this looks great.

Maybe one of those JR carbines. they are non restricted and I think they use glock mags.

Those two combinations contradict each other according to Canadian Gun laws, so either he was shooting something else or you heard it wrong with the ear muffs on.
