whats the going rate for these mags and is there affter market mags and mag holders that will fit my freind looking to the get into IPSC
 
factory mags should cost you no more than $40 brand new, and even that is bogus when you consider they used to cost $15 for 15 rounders back in the day. There are aftermarket, but the factory ones work the best. cheap setup would be Fobus holster and mag pouches. basically figure $100 for the pouches and holster. you can go up from there.
