Winchester Mils Spec of 2003
Winchester Mil spec of 1993
no idea
IVI (Canadian) (commercial)(no year stamp) stopped manufacturing in for public about the mid 1990's, formerly CIL

Check the Norc stuff that it aint Berdan primed (2 or 3 small flash holes) look close cause the center ot the case may be dimpled and will look like a flash hole.

It is, IF, it's boxer primed.

I was told the IVI stuff was all crimped primers. Is this true? Also the WCC brass in the pic above...what is the circle with the + in the middle of it?

Interesting, I have a bunch of brass with headstamps saying WCC Match? had no idea it was winchester though!

DI, Defence Industries, a crown corporation managed by CIL, 1941-45.

Every place I look says WCC is Western Cartridge Company, which is Olin.

I have a full box (64) of Defense Industries 1943. It should be OK to shoot, but does it have any value as collectible ?

Any brass accepted for military issue will have crimped primers. RCBS & Dillon make tools to remove the crimp, allowing you to use standard primers thereafter.
