9mm bullets sitting on the snow after being fired?

Personally I would nottry shooting those again (or any previously fired bullet) due to high chance of a squib getting lodged down the barrel. The gas that expand the base and seal the projectile will be compromised. But hey if you want to experiment ...G:

i've reloaded the same bullet twice, after that it was to damaged to fire again. if i had access to a snow bank and could retrieve enough of them i would load the good ones again without a doubt.

I understand what your saying Lou , I could tell from seating that the once fired bullets a had less of a seal. But they were unmovable. I only had 7 so it's not like need them. However, I know of 6 or 7 hundred 9 mm and a few hundred .45 LC bullets. So it's temping..

......pick em up an sell em to someone who cast's... The bigger the better :)

I've been tempted to pick up some of the 500gr cast BPCR bullets I find laying behind our backstop at the range buuuut I don't cast so I'm leaving em for those who do :)
