Here's one to stir the pot a bit. Thanks to an old riding injury, I find that I can't handle a regular grip size, can't hit the mag release without turning the gun in my hand. I have shot / tried the following 9mm pistols:
Glock 17
Glock 19
S&W 3904
S&W 659
Tarus 92
Norc 34
SIG 226 and 220 euro release.
Para LTC
Para LDA
STI GP 6
Colt 1911
Ruger DA only
Browning Hi Power & FEG DA/SA copy
CZ 75 & 85
forgot to add Norc 213.
Still have the 19, the LTC, and really liked the GP6. Nice, but not quite perfect. I was wondering about 2 other guns though. The SIG 225 single stack ( or whatever they call the single stacker SIG 9) and the HK 2000 version that Wolverine sells. Looking specifically at narrow grip, compact size, easy to operate mag release for a shorter thumb and good trigger pull. Any one out there have some experience with these 2 in comparison to any of the above that they would like to share? Let's hear what you figure.
