How available is 9mm Makarov ammo in Ontario -- both loaded rounds and brass/bullets for reloading?

Thanks,
Rob

9mm Makarov is not that common. The Maks are in the 12(6) class. I had my brass & heads sent up from the U.S.
Although called 9mm the heads are not .356 . They are actually .361 to .363.
You can trim regular 9mm brass down from 9x19 to 9x18 & make Makarov brass.
I have several hundred heads ( Lead & copper jacket ) left over if you are looking for some.

Maks?

These are my four Maks and it is easy to see why they are prohibited under Canadian laws. I can own them in the States and I love to shoot them; these little pistols will hit pie plates at 25 yards. Regards, Richard:D

Epps has S&B 95gr FMJ. It is brass cased, $17.95 per 50

I don't consider that too expensive.

Note that some Maks are converted to 380 Auto. Ammo is much more available and less "snappy" to shoot if you are not using it for self defense.
