9mm (+P) hollowpoints

I was out at the range today and captured these images of the muzzle flash on the +P hollowpoints. The gun is a USP:

Why? Lat time I checked with the Regs Hollow points are perfectly legal for Civies to buy, and own in Canada. :rolleyes:
