it's a rocky question.....

is there a less than 115G IN .9MM

ane where i can buy it...

i hera that there is a 90g, but i'm not sure...

ps: what's the best .9mm to use with a G17... is it: 115g, 127g, or 147g

thanks :D
cheers

yes there are weights less than, 115, but the 115/127/147 are the most common... either of the 3 will feed fine in your G17...

if i change the spring in the glock will it work

I've done it, he's done it, we've all done it.

The truth of the matter is there is precious little good reason for ####ing with this. Your gun will work within a given range of bullet weight and muzzle velocity. If you try to push the envelope too high or too low, you will be frustrated with the results.

If in doubt, go with the 124gr.

You may find the 147 factory ammunition too hot. I have experience with Winchester 147gr. You would be ok with 124gr winchester. I know a lot of folks using the 124gr in Glocks; reloads and factory ammunition.

A friend of mine recently loaded 90 grain hollow points, worked fine in his cz and my Ruger. Wholesale sports; but you have to build them yourself.

I was reading a magazine article a while ago about the 9mm in the Glock .
It's premise was that the lighter bullet had to have a higher velocity to be efective , this created a " snapping " recoil and he fould it uncomfortable for all day shooting .
The heavier ( 147 g ) bullet could be loaded so it was slower and had more of a " push " recoil that was more comfortable for all day shooting but still maintaining the power factor .
I can't remember the magazine , about a year ago . They were all reloads not factory ammo .
