I'm new to reloading and it is my first time reloading FN bullets. I'm having a hard time finding load data and OAL for 9mm 115 gr jhp notched FN . I am using Alliant power pistol powder .

Ryan, the bullet manufacturer has no load data for its projectiles? If that's the case, use the data for a projectile of the same weight and general type (metal jacketed vs lead, Hollow Point vs Round Nose) for that particular powder.

115 gr Speer GDHP (gold dot hollow point) is likely your best bet, with a charge of 6.7gr at 1.125". 9mm OAL can go as long as 1.169" if I remember correctly.

Pull the barrel and plink test. Load a bit long and work your way back

This ^^^
I load to fit the magazine then drop them into the barrel, if it chambers fully it's probably good, if it doesn't then little by little shorten them till they fully chamber, then make a small batch and go to the range to test them.

Awesome thank you all for your help . Ill load a few , make sure they chamber properly and test them at the range .

FN like in Flat Nose? Is that like truncated cone? You'll need to seat these short, 1.080 might even be too long depending on your barrel.

Make a dummy, no powder with spent primer or no primer. Seat long at 1.15 and drop it in the barrel. It will sit proud. Then keep cranking the seating depth in convenient increments until it chambers appropriately and you can turn the cartridge without resistance. Fiddle about with that depth. Start with powder at minimum once you find a seating depth that works. Have fun!

OAL is just a reference as it varies slightly from gun to gun, barrel to barrel. the best way to determine the OAL for your gun is a "drop-in" test.
load a dummy round long, take out your barrel and drop it in. the cartridge will not turn freely. and then adjust the seating to shorten the cartridge, little by little until the butt sits almost flush with the barrel mouth and can turn freely in the barrel.
that's your OAL. it should fall in the min/max range of the SAAMI standard(free pdf download online). then you are set. and don't be alerted if you get slightly different length from cartridge to cartridge if you are on a progressive press because due to the different situation at different station, the pressure on sizing could vary a little. as long as it's within the limit and fit the drop-in test, you are good.
