9mm reloads for IPSC OAL question? velocity and pressure

Gotcha.

Sigtactical data is not indicating the bullet weight. That could be misleading as many minor shooters use 124 or 125 grains bullets.

in details:
(950 fps x 124 grains) / 1000 = 117.8 PF --> Does not note make the Minor PF of 125
(950 fps x 147 grains) / 1000 = 139.7 PF --> Makes Minor PF

Using 9mm range brass, Federal SPP, 124 grain Berry's HBRN-TP; 1.169 OAL; very light crimp and out of a CZ shadow, here are the velocities I get for the following powder charges:

5.3 grains N350 --> 1034 fps
4.9 grains Autocomp --> 1028 fps (real messy on a non-compensated gun)
3.9 grains Titegroup --> 1032 fps (my favorite load)
3.8 grains Titegroup --> 1031 fps (using 124 gn Campro; 1.133 OAL)

About to test loads using HS-6, IMR7625 and HP-38. Just waiting for weather to warm up a bit.

So far titegroup has given me the biggest bang for the buck. And it meters so nicely - smallest velocity variations.

Hoping this helps.

EDIT: must be said - my loads may be a bit too light if your Shadow has original main & recoil springs, i.e. it may not cycle well. Test your loads before going for mass production. You won't hate yourself after if...
