Good day all.
I seem to have a boatload of 9mm Steyr...and I don't really shoot my Steyr-Hahn anymore. And am dealing on a Destroyer...which interwebs say will readily digest 9 Steyr.
Most of the Steyr 9mm is already reloaded...so I can't really trade or sell it.
I can see that a trade might be problematic...and is there even a readily accessible source for Largo brass in Canada?
Or is it going to be easier to run 9mm Steyr in the Destroyer for a spell?
9mm Steyr is pretty milquetoast for a 9mm Destroyer...should be safe IMO.
PS I have a few boxes of Largo kicking around...it was a good deal lol.

I believe I remeber old threads on here about people loading for their destroyers with 38 super brass, but that's when 38 super brass was alot more plentiful for people shooting major.

Yup, they work fine, at least in my limited experience. The Destroyers are the least picky it seems when it comes to this. A slight tweak of the extractor may be necessary for proper function but for the batch he wants to use I would just deal with it.

Rusty wood out in BC has the starline brass in stock.
42.50$ for a hundred or 186$ for 500.

Well if he needs to start using .38 Super brass he is covered. I have a thousand or two squirreled away for a .38 1911 I had planned to some day buy. It's not much use to me now.

Thank you friend...I'm going to carefully start shooting up the 9 x 23 Steyr. Can maybe get the Largo ammo in the works...heck, haven't even driven up to get the carbine yet.

I had a Destroyer, German 9mm Steyr had a velocity of 1365 fps while Spanish 9mm Largo had a velocity of 1195 fps.

My reloads were with 38 Super brass.
