if you do not want to pay a lot of $ for ammo, you will have to reload them. i picked up some boxer brass in the usa and reloaded them up.

starline makes very nice 9 mm largo brass, which is almost identical

Winchester made a run of 9x23 a few years back. As there isn't a lot of call for it, maybe they still have some in storage. Maybe if you can find a local dealer to look it up for you, they could order it in. I picke up several boxes a few years back and it's easy to reload

if you find any loaded 9x23 from winchester, be sure NOT to shoot it in any of the older steyr or star guns. way way to powerful for them
