9mm stripper clips?

This box of 9mm came with a P38 I bought. Any clue what the stripper clips are for?

Looks a lot like the clips for the tt-33 and the Mauser broomhandle. Likely the P38 had a guide that fit over the mag or the ammo was intended for SMG's.

Czech submachineguns Models 23 and 25. Magazine loader was built into the forend.
This ammunition is likely corrosive; you might experience misfires in pistols, primers are quite hard for smg use.

This ammunition was also used in the ZK-383 SMG, excellent ammo, millions of rounds were brought to North America by several importers....

I fired a lot of the stuff in pistols, never an issue

I think you nailed it since on the other side of the box has 23/25 in stamped red ink
