Pb,don't know what gun you have, but in my STI Trojan I use, 147 cmj, 4.0 grains of win 231(hp-38 same powder), OAL 1.140 (long but feeds exellent in my gun). Makes 950 fps for a power factor of about 139

"...115 gr..." Use the 115 grain RN 231 data on Hodgdon's site.
"...124 gr..." Use the 125 grain LCN 231 data on Hodgdon's site. 1 grain won't matter.
There's 145 grain lead bullet data on Accurate's site. Uses their No. 7 and No . 5 powders. 2 grains won't matter either.
There's one 147 grain, cast bullet, 231 load on Reloaders Nest too.
