A-Bolt Stainless Stalker

I bought one around 20 yrs ago when they first came out. Mine is a 30.06 and I have used it every year for deer in rough conditions, heavy brush, swamps and snow. It is may favorite rifle to hunt with, fairly light but not too light, 22 inch barrell and accurate too.

I also like the way the clip snaps in the floorplate and of course there is no rusting and I never oil the outside of the barrell just the inside and the action.

i have a BROWNING STAINLESS STALKER .300wsm with boss ..i shoot WINCHESTER SUPREME ACCUBOND .180 GR.. i shoot with ear plugs even when i hunt ,the boss is very noisy [too loud] have shot 3 moose ,4caribou and 1 deer ..none walked away from me ..i installed a BUSHNELL ELITE 4200 [2.5 - 10 x 40 mm ] ...the only change i made was the recoil pad that came from the comp. [it,s hard like a hockey puck ] i instaled a LIMBSAVER recoil pad .

They are quite hard ......... and small.

The one on the bottom came off an A-Bolt SS in 375H&H
