Go to your local Chapters/W.H. Smith/Indigo Bookstore - whatever.
Check out the cooking section for wild game cookbooks. Try not to drool while you're doing it. Buy one you like the look of and take it home, together with a couple of bottles of good wine. Get'er done !

You can search online, too. Lots of recipe sites. Try www.foodtv.ca and do a search on their database. There should be a few. Let us know if find a good one!
