The counter to this is some provinces allow Adult-Adoption. A 18-30 year old can potentially be adopted to try to gain 12.7 lol

No more handgun transfers, so no go. Otherwise marriage is the other very legitimate way
Anything 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, or 12.5 can still be transferred between grandfathered individuals.

Some of us believe there's nothing illegal about shooting them in such a setup, provided local laws do not prohibit discharge.
You literally have to live on or adjacent to your range, as there is no legal way to transport your prohib firearms from one location to another.
Ideally you can shoot of the deck in slippers

It's not the license. It's whether your storage location allows discharge of firearms. There are some who don't agree of course...
If you live where firearms discharge is not prohibited and you can shoot your non-restricteds, you can shoot your restricted handguns and 12.x guns.
My understanding is that you _can't_ shoot the oic prohibited guns that you possess under the terms of the amnesty as the amnesty explicitly states they cannot be used.
