A day out with a "few" rimfires

Just wondering what you guys did about the brass?
I have a great setup but had horses and didnt want them eating brass. Now they are gone, its just a personal prefrence to clean up the brass.
I did try large tarps but they are a pain in the wind.
Any ideas?
I was thinking about making brass catcher boxes for each shooting table.

Brass was concentrated in 1 main area and picked up by hand.

So what happens when a couple of CGNers decide to bring a "few" rimfire toys out to play? Lots of fun for sure and maybe one or two targets hit and a "few" small groups on paper too. Steel was out to 182 yards and started at 50 yards, so no shots at a mile today. Good times with some very nice rifles. That view of the long table was worth the drive!!!

182 yard line

No fingers harmed in the last pic....;)

A big thank you to PGW Steve and Toolman for the invite! Next time we need to get some serious distance in at the beach!

Man, that is flat!
The only way its that flat here in Nova Scotia is if your standing out at Chebucto Head looking out over the pond towards Europe on a clam day!

Great photos guys...nice table :)

Thanks, I know you are responsible for more than a few on that table! :) I use small lakes to get that kind of flat terrain in my end of the world.:p

Saskatchewan and southern Manitoba... Where you can sit on your back porch and watch your dog run away... for three days.
(despite the current Ontario address, 17 years in Winnipeg, 4 in S'toon, 2 in Regina - I miss the ability to see more than 10 km on a clear day)
Prairie folk in BC... Darned mountains block the view...
BC folk in the Prairies - There's nothing to look at.

Nice collection of toys. Lotsa fun.
