A Factory Ross Sporter

Little update....

Finally got around to giving the gun a decent test firing. Feel free to judge my accuracy, I'm not a master of the iron sights and it was only at the Phoenix 40 yard indoor range.

This was a result of messing with my rear sight elevation. I was hitting a lot higher than what I was aiming for, but at least the new barrel is showing some promising consistency!

Got another step ahead. Recently set myself up to do hot bluing, so I could work on finishing up this rifle.

Check out this deep, shiny, purple-ish colour on the barrel! Caught me off guard when it turned out like that, but it's quite nice looking. Only problem is that it doesn't match the rest of the parts. Difference in steel used, and difference in polishing of course.
