A few miscellaneous questions (optics, rings, stainless steel, etc)

So I've got a few questions and rather than making a bunch of threads I'll throw them all in here.

So I've recently bought a Tikka T3 Varmint Stainless (6.5x55 :D). I've never owned a stainless gun before, is there anything I should be aware of when cleaning and maintaining the gun that would be different than a gun made of blued steel for example?

Next, optics. I'm fairly certain I want a Falcon scope. Either the 4x14x44FFP or the 4.5x18x56. The biggest difference I can see besides the magnification is that the 4-14 has the reticle in the first focal plane. Will that bring up any problems? I really have no clue about this kind of stuff so any information is appreciated.

Rings, I have no idea what to get. I want to get a weaver base for the rifle and some rings to go with. For now, lets just assume I'd be mounting a Falcon scope with a 30mm tube on a weaver rail.

I want to get into reloading and I'm looking for a good place to buy components for the 6.5x55, brass, bullets, primers, etc.

I figure out how to take the damn bolt apart on my new Tikka, any suggestions? Nevermind, google is your friend. :D

One of the nice things about a stainless barrel is that you can forgo oiling the bore each and every time after shooting since there is little chance of rusting. This means that your chances of a perfect CCB (Cold Clean Barrel) shot are vastly improved. Generally a barrel takes a couple of 'fouling' shots to settle back in after cleaning. Using moly'd bullets demands that a steel barrel be oiled as immediately after shooting as possible to prevent the moly deposits from combining with moisture and causing rust. Stainless barrels, while not completely free from the risk of corrosion damage, are not likely to rust with un-oiled moly deposits.
