I figured I would share my small collection of Hi-Powers with the forum here. I've recently taken an interest in these guns, and have kind of begun to accumulate them whenever I can. Please forgive the less than stellar photography, I haven't quite mastered the art yet.
First, a German marked FN:
This 2T series Inglis appears to have been mis-engraved at the factory; a 4 in the serial number has been changed to a 5, but notice that the font is identical to the rest of the serial number, all three parts are matching and the serial numbers remain in the white.
This 6T series Inglis is in very nice shape and appears to have been fired very little. Too bad the decal isn't a little stronger on it.
This very early 5T Inglis is in the nicest condition; it shows no evidence of being fired after the proof rounds. This came from an older collection, I suspect the previous owner bought it when they were sold surplus and used it very, very little.
And a nice little family photo:
I'd be interested to hear from other Hi-Power collectors if anyone wants to chat.
Thanks for looking,
Adam
