A Fine New Addition

I recently acquired an early S&W Model 41 with a 7-3/8 inch barrel with muzzle brake. It's certainly a hard one to find and this one has the cocking indicator as well as a low serial number 17###.

I think that is the early rear sight. Not at all like the S&W model 52 sight on most subsequent models. Wow!
