A good handgun

Well thanks for all the interest and help so far. But just to clear up a few things, I'm not planning on making this my gun for the rest of my life, so it's ok if it's not the best quality. Once I get a good job, I'm going to buy a glock and then a beretta. This is just for now. Besides, I'm not going to shoot it all that often, as I'm a university student, and no guns on campus... So just in the summers when I'm back home. Also, yes I do indeed have reloading equiptment.

In my opinion, Norinco is what would suit your budget. Despite what all of the Norinco bashers here have said, for the price, you cant beat it. They make copies of the SIG, CZ, 1911, just to name a few. They are perfect entry level guns, fit well into a low budget. I started out with a Norinco 1911 copy(which I still have ,it is a real shooter), and, once it was in the budget, I purchased a SIG226, then a GLOCK17. Norinco is definitely not the best, but if it werent for NORINCO, there are many people like myself that wouldnt have been able to afford there first handgun.
(All you haters should be thankful for Norinco, which has added thousands to the numbers of handgun owners, who otherwise couldnt afford to get their feet in the door)
