I have an ammo can of old top break clunkers. I give them away as 12.6 place holders.


This one just crawled in under my door. It is in excellent condition. very tight. Maybe unfired. It has a spur-less hammer and is DAO.

The early 1900s were before my time. Anyone know anything about this gun?

That is grease on the hammer.

Any proof marks under the grips? nothing on the barrel rib?
H-R look, but cyl don't look right Belgium? but should be a proof mark if that was the case.
 
No idea but curious. Is the hammer original or do you think it might have been "bobbed" at some point?
